Filling a void in the greater San Jose area for bodies of every size to come together in a safe place to enable every body to explore their limits, gain strength and flexibility, and build positive community through the practice of yoga.
Current Class Offerings
Mondays & Wednesdays, 11:00 am at Willow Glen Yoga, Gentle Beginner’s Yoga. This class is for those starting out from scratch, who are still finding their strength, and/or may have special challenges. This class will use more props to help you to find how the pose will fit your body.
Thursdays, 10:45 am at Almaden Yoga, Gentle Align. This is a slower-paced class that incorporates concentration and effort, focusing on a particular body part or pose and incorporating props to find greater strength, symmetry, flexibility and endurance through extended holds.
