Current Class Offerings
Gentle Yoga Mondays & Wednesdays, 11am-noon over Zoom. This class is perfect for beginners, and many options are offered in our movement together. For example, standing variations will be shown as an alternative to being on hands and knees for those with knee issues. To register: email me.
Stretch & Strengthen Thursdays, 9:15 through Almaden Yoga over Zoom. This class blends Hatha Yoga with specific strength work to help you to find yourself steadier on your feet while letting the muscles get a good workout. Sign up through the website at Almaden Yoga.
Chair Yoga, Thursdays, 10:45 am through Almaden Yoga over Zoom. This class is perfect for those who want to improve balance, strength and range of motion through a supported practice using a chair, and possibly a wall. No need to get up or down off of the floor.
