Current Class Offerings
Gentle Yoga Mondays & Wednesdays, 10-11am over Zoom. This class is perfect for beginners, and many options are offered in our movement together. For example, standing variations will be shown as an alternative to being on hands and knees for those with knee issues. To register: email me.
Functional Yoga Thursdays, 10:15-11:05, San Jose Swim & Racquet Club. This class is perfect for those who would like to incorporate some therapeutic and functional movement to their yoga practice, while gaining balance and self-awareness. Club membership is required.
