Filling a void in the greater San Jose area for bodies of every size to come together in a safe place to enable every body to explore their limits, gain strength and flexibility, and build positive community through the practice of yoga.
Current Class Offerings
Mondays, 12:15 at Almaden Yoga. This class is for those who are most comfortable practicing in a chair or standing. Dynamic movement, alignment, strength and balance work are all incorporated in this class. This class launches September 10th.
Wednesdays, 10:45 am at Willow Glen Yoga, Gentle Beginner’s Yoga. This class is for those starting out from scratch, who are still finding their strength, and/or may have special challenges. This class will use more props to help you to find how the pose will fit your body.
Thursdays, 9:00 am at Willow Glen Yoga, Hatha Yoga. This class is great for beginners, and those who want to spend some time exploring poses, using props for different access points, and discovering more about how the body works. No yoga experience required!
Thursdays, 10:45 am at Almaden Yoga, Chair Yoga. This is a second offering of the Chair Yoga class on Mondays.
By appointment, I am now seeing clients for yoga therapy, as a second year Yoga Therapist in training. I am offering a sliding scale at intern rates of $50-$75. If you would like to work with me to develop a protocol to address your concerns, I would love to hear from you.
